Did you ever set out on a path not knowing where you’d end up?

Co-owner and pastry chef, Wendy Maluski, has been in the kitchen since she was 5 years old. Baking was always a place where she felt most at home. The fact that she was good at it and her friends and family loved her sweet treats was just a happy side effect.

Fast forward so many years, and Wendy met Ryan. Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Economics and became the numbers man of this outfit. Even more surprisingly, to Ryan anyway, he also started to fall in love with the process of making cupcakes and creating products that customers would love.

Wendy, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, decided one day that she would chase this dream, to open her very own bakery.

And so the journey began…

As the path unfolded, a loyal following amassed, and customer appreciation started to pour in.

“I don’t like these cupcakes. I LOVE them!”

“Can’t stop, won’t stop.”

“So good I’m going to have to throw out the scale so I can eat these guilt-free.”

Customers quickly learned that they would get what they paid for.

And that meant BIG gourmet cupcakes. Wendy and Ryan aren’t aiming for average.

You want an Oreo cupcake? You’ll get lots of Oreos in the cupcake, the filling, and the topping. They sidestep standard sizes and only create unique, flavorful, and oversized cupcakes.

As the saying goes, the rest is history.

Now, Wendy can express herself creatively in the kitchen doing what she loves with the person she loves. Wendy and Ryan have the loving support of their friends and family on this adventure and the wider Snickerdoodles community.

They’ve aimed for and achieved the goal of being a one-stop-shop for all of your cupcake needs. Customers don’t have to second guess who’s going to supply the best cupcakes.

Evolution is the name of the game, and Wendy and Ryan are continually striving to bring the world more flavorful, distinctive, and nutritious options.

A Little More About Wendy And Ryan

Wendy and Ryan have two children, two amazing grandkids, and four rescue dogs. The Special Olympics and Local Pet Rescues are organizations that are close to their hearts. Wendy and Ryan have been involved with the Special Olympics for many years, and continue to support the organization even after their children are grown. They’re also huge advocates of animal adoption having rescued themselves and/or placed over 30 dogs in loving homes. In their free time, you’ll find them with family, grilling, and enjoying all that life has to offer.

It is their joy and goal to concoct new flavors that their customers will enjoy. They’re proud to offer the largest cupcakes you will find with flavors rotating seasonally. Wendy and Ryan are committed to excellence and using the highest quality ingredients so customers can feel good about devouring these oversized, unique, and delicious cupcakes daily.
